Yoga has been shown to improve self-confidence, stress reduction, anxiety, concentration, hyperactivity, emotional balance and so much more!

 This is a free program for children who are currently enrolled in the center. Free swims are a chance for your child to gain comfort in the water all while improving their physical fitness and socializing with friends.
