Westfield Child Center

All registration and waiver forms must be turned in before your first lesson or the swimmer will not be allowed in the pool.
We do not accept cash payments at this time. Payments must be made prior to the swimmer’s first lesson either over the phone or online at www.myprocare.com.

Please notify us of any exposures or illnesses prior to your lesson. Since policies and recommendations may change, we will let you know of current policies in place at the time of your exposure or illness.
No swimmers should attend lessons with symptoms of the coronavirus.
The amount of swim lessons have been reduced and time slots have been staggered in order to minimize face-to-face contact.

Please do not bring your child to lessons if your child has any gastrointestinal issues in the past 24 hours. This is to ensure the health and safety of all swimmers.
Since swimmers are unable to mask in the pool, we ask that you are vigilant in monitoring for symptoms of COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses (Flu, RSV, etc.).

Only one guardian per child will be allowed into the facility. Guardians can wait at a table or wait in their car until 5 minutes prior to the swimmer's lesson ending. A parent or guardian must be present at least 5 minutes before the lessons ends to supervise their child after the lesson. At no point should a child be left at Westfield with out a parent or guardian present at the facility (unless the child is apart of our childcare programs).

We will NO longer be offering any credits or makeups for missed classes for any reason. (These include illness & injuries.) We may offer a few makeup dates but if you can not attend these dates, no other alternatives will be available.
If Westfield Child Center cancels your lesson, we will schedule a makeup class or credit the lesson.
Any swimmers that arriver 15 min late will also forfeit their lesson.

Swimmers must come to their lesson no earlier than 5 minutes before the lesson starts and swimmers must come already dressed. Changing rooms will only be available for changing after the lesson.
The swimmer must be signed in immediately upon arrival with our deck supervisor.
Anything worn in the pool must be made of bathing suit material. Street clothes (Ex: t-shirts or basketball shorts) will not be allowed in the pool as the material affects water clarity.
You must remain at Westfield during your child's entire lesson. You may not drop off and leave your child unattended during a lesson. You are welcome to exit the pool area or sit in the hallway overlooking the pool but at no time should you leave the facility without your child.

Do NOT allow your child in the water at any point without the supervision of lifeguard. Please have them wait at the tables.
To minimize distraction for the swimmers and maintain a safe environment, we ask that spectators remain quietly seated while in the pool area.
If you would like to take pictures or videos, please make sure it is ONLY your child, and not any other children or instructors.
Please do your best to clean up after yourself and your children.
Once lessons have been completed and you have changed, please exit promptly through the door by the changing stations.

Before exiting the facility swimmers will have the option to change in our changing rooms on deck to limit occupancy in bathrooms. Changing rooms will only be available for changing after the lesson.

Parking or drop offs will not be allowed in the circular loop outside of the pool or in bus parking in the front of the building. The loop is actively used and monitored for childcare drop off and pickup. To park in the back lot, you should enter through the Pearl Street entrance. Cars existing the center must exit through the Torrey Street exit only.
